At KingsHub.pk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy allows you to exchange or refund a product in two cases:
1) Wrong Product Received:
If you receive the wrong product, please provide video proof of this to our customer support team. After contacting us, you'll need to dispatch the wrong product back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we'll dispatch the correct product or refund your amount within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- All supporting documentation such as purchase receipts, price tags, labels, warranty cards, and accessories should be returned with the product.
2) Damaged Goods Received:
If you receive damaged goods, you may claim a refund by providing video proof of this to our customer support team. After contacting us, you'll need to dispatch the wrong product back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we'll dispatch the correct product or refund your amount within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
- We advise customers to make a video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from the delivery packaging. This video will serve as proof of receiving damaged or wrong goods.
- Failure to provide video proof or providing it after unboxing the product will invalidate the refund or return request.
