- Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, please provide video proof to our customer support team. After verification, return the wrong product to our warehouse. Once received, we'll dispatch the correct product or refund your amount within 3-5 business days.
- Important Notes: The product should be unused and in its original packaging. All supporting documentation such as purchase receipts, price tags, labels, warranty cards, and accessories should be returned with the product.
- Damaged Goods Received: If you receive damaged goods, claim a refund by providing video proof to our customer support team. After verification, return the product to our warehouse. Once received, we'll dispatch the correct product or refund your amount within 3-5 business days.
- Important Notes: Make a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product for proof. Failure to provide video proof or providing it after unboxing will invalidate the refund or return request.
- Faulty Product: If you receive a faulty product, contact our customer care team, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
3. Intellectual Property:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of KingsHub.pk or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
